To get us started, I thought you might like to know why Frog Recruitment exists and what it’s all about. So – some background stuff …
I have been in recruitment for over 20years and I’m proud to say, I love it. Always have and always will.
I think the reason why I unashamedly adore this fast paced, dynamic [at times highly frustrating!] colourful industry, is simply because:
1) It is loaded with ‘change’ and has all the things I need to keep my imagination engaged.
2) I am driven to make a difference in the lives of our clients and candidates.
Now you’re probably thinking you have heard that before, but, hand on heart, it’s what keeps me going.
I am a great fan of ‘actions speak louder than words’ – so from Day 1 when I launched Frog in 2002 we decided to break the industry mold – and have 2 specialist teams to cater specifically to our two key customer groups – our candidates and our clients.
So – the candidate team are a group of practiced HR/Recruiters who feel just as strongly as I do about you.
They are dedicated to working alongside our candidates, who rightfully so, have become vocal about the recruitment experience they want to have and they no longer wish to feel ‘seduced and then abandoned’ by the recruitment industry.
We agree.
You would think it’s very easy to manage, but I can confirm – it’s been one hell of a ride! Changing mind sets, managing expectations, recommending career opportunities, delivering honest realistic feedback to literally to thousands and thousands of people…people with hearts, minds and aspirations – has driven the work of this team.
I remember one particular time last year when the industry was experiencing a quiet time but we at Frog had between 200 – 800 people a day making contact, wanting to change jobs, receive career advice/income advice and have their questions answered.
It continues to drive us to implement ground breaking recruitment and communication systems [developed quick, smart] and just for YOU!
