Because I would like to state out loud – that we at Frog Recruitment welcome feedback. We love feedback.
How else can we improve our systems and make adjustments or develop relevant material if we don’t hear what you have to say?
When we set up Frog some years ago – one of the key reasons behind having a dedicated candidate team was to make sure we were hearing what you had to say and acting on this feedback.
It would be fair to say that the recruitment industry has had a ‘bad rap’ over the years and in many instances, justifiably so. Typically the emphasis fell on the client with the candidate being left feeling marginalised in the process. And as a result – it has been difficult to build trust.
One report from the UK 2 years ago said that candidates would ‘prefer to put their hard in a fish tank full of piranha rather than visit a recruitment company…’
Well – this is a far cry from the scene at Frog. We delight in the contact we have with candidates. We enjoy vibrant working relationships where our candidates engage with us and really – this site is all about helping people keep the momentum up when they are not actively working on a career search.
